Akkodis is seeking an IT Service Desk Supervisor to join a growing company in the Des Moines, IA area! Candidates must be local to Des Moines, IA.
We could consider the Cedar Rapids / Iowa City area as well for the right fit.
Rate : 80k-110k / year
Role Type : Full-Time Permanent role
Technical Skills :
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of IT disciplines including : Desktop support, networking, and systems administration.
- Data Analytic applications
- Coaching / Training / Developing team members
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Will manage KPIs and escalation issues for the team.
- Assign Workload
- Will be a part of performance reviews and performance conversations.
- Interact with Leadership and use data to influence decisions.
- Must be hands on technical. (Would take someone looking for this progression in career)
- ITIL certification preferred but not required
