Brief Overview
The ideal candidate will represent Seabreeze Communications in selling advertising space that connects businesses with the affluent markets of gated communities.
This position requires a proactive approach, splitting time between home-office tasks and field visits to potential clients in Southwest Florida.
Our new team member will be instrumental in developing relationships with local businesses, understanding their advertising needs, and crafting effective campaigns that reach the exclusive demographics of gated community residents.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Implementation
Develop and execute sales strategies that enhance advertising reach and effectiveness for our clients, maximizing their return on investment.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met with professionalism and prompt service.
Market Research
Stay informed of market trends and community developments to offer timely and relevant advertising solutions.
Sales Goals Achievement
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management, contributing to the overall revenue goals of Seabreeze Communications.
Collaborative Efforts
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that advertising campaigns are well-crafted and aligned with client expectations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience
Previous experience in advertising sales, preferably in the magazine / newspaper advertising or real estate sectors.
Excellent Communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and persuading clients while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.
Self-Motivated
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Region
Familiarity with Southwest Florida's market and gated communities is a significant plus.
Adaptability
Ability to adapt sales techniques to both inside and outside sales environments.
