This individual will be in charge of all administrative and business functions of the facility. They will be responsible for handling the budget, overseeing operations and managing the clinical management team.
The Director will serve as the face of the center to the public and therefore have the ability to market and network with members of the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision, and values.
- Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to : Nursing, Admissions, Business Development, Process Improvement, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the public.
- Contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.
- Achieve budgeted financial objectives.
- Responsible for creating a positive client and employee experience
- Assists in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
- Assists in developing and monitoring annual strategic plan for facility / program
- Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws / regulations and represents program in internal and external audits
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians, admissions, marketing, referral sources and other key stakeholders
- Focus on census building efforts and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
- Graduate from an accredited Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Program
- Proof of current state licensure in respective state
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a pediatric outpatient setting
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
- Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build strong partnerships and cultivate productive relationships with decision-makers in client or partner organizations
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation
