Job Skills / Requirements
As a Security Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation. You will provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing residence inquiries, and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.
This dynamic position requires flexibility, leadership, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for residence and visitors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily operations across departments to ensure adherence to client standards.
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Address and resolve residence complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist in staff scheduling and management, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements and enhance residence experiences.
- Maintain effective communication with all staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a supervisory required
- Must have valid Class D Security License.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer knowledge.
