The Opportunity :
Reporting to the Hylant Indianapolis Market President, the Client Executive will continue to expand and strengthen the Life Sciences sales team to promote further growth and retention in the Indy market in a manner that is consistent with Hylant Core Values - Family, Hard Work, Honesty, Respect, and Empathy.

The Client Executive should be a proven self-directed team player who is passionate about sales and competition. Being a quick thinker, strong organizational skills, and being technically sound in commercial lines coverage are all essential to success in this role.
In This Role You Will Execute On :
- Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes (Miller Heiman / CRM)
- Develop a network of COI’s; timing and targets to be established within first 90 days of employment
- Sales Production Goals : Year 1 - $50,000 revenue; Year 2 - $75,000 revenue; Year 3 - $125,000 revenue
- Assist in identifying cross-sell, account rounding and potential new business opportunities within the life sciences industry
- Identify and participate in a minimum of three social, networking, charitable or other organizations that will advance the Hylant brand, and / or create additional contacts for you among COIs or key buying influencers
In This Role You Will Need :
- Be technically competent in commercial lines of coverage and / or have a strong financial background
- Hold 5-7 years' experience in the Life Sciences insurance space
- Self-directed team player
- Passionate about sales, prospecting and competition
- Passionately and professionally persistent with prospects
- Truly enjoys being a professional advisor to insurance buyers
- Disciplined, organized and efficient
- Intelligent and quick learner solutions focused
- Acts consistent with Hylant Core Values - Family, Hard Work, Honesty, Respect, Empathy
- Maintain an active Property & Casualty license
