Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial transactions, including SaaS customer agreements,
distribution / reseller agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor
agreements, and other related agreements.
Assist with developing and maintaining contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company’s
growth, such as developing and maintaining playbook, standard forms, etc.
Partner with sales, sales operations, finance, security, customer success, and other functions to ensure
efficient and effective legal support for commercial transactions.
Assist with other legal team initiatives.
Requirements :
Minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating software license and SaaS
agreements.
- Experience in-house at a technology company is a MUST
- Experience relating to cloud / SaaS specific issues, privacy, security strongly preferred.
