job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssisting lawyers in the preparation and filing of all court documents. Conducting legal research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy of case data. Drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and other documents as required. Managing and organizing large volumes of complex case documents; coordinating document productions; creating and maintaining internal case databases. Coordinating and managing depositions, including preparing deposition notices, arranging court reporters and interpreters, preparing deposition binders, and handling exhibits. Assisting in trial preparation activities, including drafting trial briefs, preparing trial notebooks, organizing exhibits, and managing witness files. Interacting professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, specifically within Civil Litigation. Extensive experience with depositions. A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education or job experience. Excellent knowledge of legal research software and legal databases. Strong understanding of the civil litigation process and legal terminology. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel. A team player mentality, with the ability to also work independently when required.

Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Paralegal with a specialization in Civil Litigation to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal firm, providing crucial support to our attorneys in the preparation, management, and resolution of a variety of legal cases. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on depositions. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
