Skyport Hospitality, one of the nation’s highest regarded airport hospitality groups, is seeking an experienced, organized, flexible, employee-focused, customer driven Full Service Restaurant Manager to be part of our high volume, fast paced quick service restaurants - La Casita!
Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Preferred
- No Kitchen management experience needed
- 3+ years of increasingly responsible restaurant / food service supervisory experience.
- 1+ Year of management experience preferred
- Innate desire to provide the very best guest experience, every time.
- Servant leader attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and to, in turn, teach and train others.
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
- 10-year criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas; responds to complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring return guests.
- Schedule labor by anticipating business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed, and labor cost objectives are met.
- Ensure all financial and personnel / payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Interview, hire, train, develop, empower, coach, and provide an open line of communication with all staff.
- Create a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment for all team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- May frequently need to work holidays, weekends, early mornings and nights. Hours will vary depending on the business and staffing needs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
- Position requires bending, moving, stooping, twisting, prolonged seated work, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Employee must be able to lift and move products and / or supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
