Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Process Control Clerk to join our team in Dayton, NJ. Process Control Clerks handle high volumes of administrative tasks for the Finished Goods Planning department by sending shop floor paper packets to the production floor to manufacture.
Processing packets timely and accurately is crucial to meeting customer needs. This position is a 2nd shift role with a schedule of Monday through Friday 3 : 30pm - midnight.
You Will Spend Your Time...
- Creating delivery notes and labels based on the filling instruction sheet
- Releasing, printing and checking shop floor papers for accuracy, inputting changes where necessary and prioritizing work
- Reviewing live demand in SAP and making informative decisions on customer and / or affiliate orders
- Generating production schedules and releasing production packets as needed by production planner
- Generating transfer orders for production as needed.
- Interfacing with customer service and production planners with respect to order requirements
- Reviewing and responding to emails
- Assisting with shared departmental duties

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Working knowledge of SAP a Preferred
Required Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
