Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, coach and develop employees
- Manage employee engagement, satisfaction, and conflict resolution
- Oversee the sales, parts, and service departments within the facility to achieve maximum profitability, performance, and growth
- Assist with creating long / short term goals and expectations for the Wisconsin store
- Act as a liaison between the company and various location businesses and build those relationships to be even stronger
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, or via electronic communications to sell golf cars, parts, or service
- Inspect trade-in golf cars and provide a value to the customer
- Manage the drivers and the delivery schedule, including the rental fleet
- Maintain the facility and ensure everything looks presentable
- Maintain our fleet of trucks and trailers, following all DOT regulations
- Communicate with the Iowa and Illinois location regarding fleet returns, fleet rentals, sales inquiries, and golf car transfers

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
