Senior Development Accountant base up to$110k / year
Benefits :
- Base salary up to $110,000 / year

Responsibilities :
- Manage accounting for multiple development projects
- Reconcile project costs to the general ledger and prepare capital forecasts
- Maintain and update project budgets, ensuring all changes are properly approved
- Oversee financial management for a few operational assets
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting
- Experience in both development and property accounting is highly desirable
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager and ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
