Master of Science with experience in Commercial Business Management
Experience
15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry for specialty machinery of custom-made packaging machines with market knowledge and min.
5 years' experience in a senior management role leading teams.
- Proven experience in Operations Management
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data driven decision

Position Overview
The General Manager is primarily responsible for the business development and working in close partnership with the headquarter to develop the US market as well as leading and developing the Corp operational team.
Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing projects, and ensuring that the company meets its financial and operational goals and identifying business opportunities on the US market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- General Management of cross functional teams with a focus on manufacturing, assembly and supply chain management.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving to drive performance and productivity improvement.
- Responsible for short-term and long-term planning, drive initiatives throughout the management team and in the organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments through communication with managers for successful job completion.
- Analyze data, develop metrics and strategies to improve profitability, accountability, and revenue.
- Establish prevailing performance standards that set high expectations for quality and performance.
- Responsible for training and mentoring managers and employees.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Oversee the creation and management of budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for areas of direct responsibility.
