Nesco Resource is currently sourcing for an Assembler for one of our long-term clients in Madison Heights. This is a 1 st shift contract-to-hire opportunity.
Schedule : Monday thru Friday : 6 : 00am to 3 : 30pm Some overtime
Pay : $16-17 / hr.
Job Duties :
- Assembling large parts using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Creating builds by reviewing work instructions to ensure parts are correctly assembled
- Using measuring tape, rulers, and print reading to measure various materials
- Report any issues with quality, equipment, and materials to management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
- 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferred
- Ability to read measurements and print reading
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. without assistance
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
