Description : This role is for a Facilities Reliability Lead Specialist whose primary responsibilities will be to implement programs that institute asset reliability, reduce operational risk and drive lower costs within the campus, infrastructure, systems and equipment that support all operations at Lockheed Martin’s 1.

7 million square foot Moorestown, NJ Facility

This role will work directly with the IWSS / RMS Enterprise Strategy team, along with the Moorestown site team, to layout the maintenance strategic roadmap 2-3 years into the future and be a primary driver behind its site delivery.

Develop / lead Asset Management improvement programs in areas of responsibility such as : Asset criticality Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Asset Condition Auditing, Preventive and Condition Maintenance Programs, Predictive Strategies, and Asset Refurbishment / Obsolescence Plan.

Develop and improve equipment risk assessment techniques for prioritization of resources and how they are managed. Lead risk assessments as needed, such as asset criticality and condition assessments

Work with leadership to guide the organization on how to improve its functionality including spare parts management, planning / scheduling, and training / certification

Reduce waste and improve maintenance work wherever feasible; ensuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost

Work with leadership to develop and / or improve current methodologies and work practices as they relate to Condition and Preventive / Predictive Maintenance.

Review data and information to transition time-based maintenance into Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and / or Reliability Centered Maintenance

Scout, assess and implement new IOT technologies (e.g. remote vibration sensing) to assist with Condition Based Maintenance initiatives

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and leader in the CMMS system operation. Provide training to site administrators and users as required

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years reliability experience

Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools and designs

Ability to complete failure mode effects analysis, cause and effect diagram, root cause failure analysis, life cycle costing and risk analysis

Ability to research and apply new equipment technology and trends to support objectives

Strong familiarity with Infor EAM, Maximo, SAP or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System with 3+ years working to utilize data analysis to drive reliability in facilities maintenance programs

Knowledge of maintenance programs, policies and procedures

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability

Ability to develop, track, present and interpret maintenance performance metrics

Proficiency in MS Office products and extensive experience with excel spreadsheets

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Experience utilizing Preventive Maintenance scheduling, work orders, spare parts and risk management modules of a CMMS package

Desired Skills :

Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, remote vibration technologies, IOT applications, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Knowledge of report writing and tools used for work order analysis

2 year degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field

CMRP

Green Belt Certification

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
