Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills has openings for Automotive Accounting Personnel to perform or assist with the following duties :
- Process Payments
- Post car sales into the general ledger
- Calculate and submit payroll
- Supervise / prepare general ledger reconciliations, including cash in bank, floor plan and dealer reserves
- Process finance contracts for funding
- Complete floor plan payoffs and floor plan funding
- Assist Controller with sales / use tax remittance
- Assist Controller in financial "month end" close procedures / reports
- Assist in overseeing accounting procedure compliance
- Review and investigate accounting irregularities
- Process Titles
- Complete special projects as needed
