Pay Range : $21 - $24 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- The Social Media Marketing Specialist will help manage and maintain our financial client’s social media channels, reporting to the Social Marketing Manager.
- This role is responsible for the night and weekend community management of our financial client’s social media properties including social care, brand engagement, campaign support and risk mitigation.
- Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail and risk oriented, communicate efficiently, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to manage tactical projects independently and demonstrate self-initiative.
- In-depth experience in social media, with social media listening skills highly preferred
- Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in trendspotting and identifying key themes driving social conversation.
- Understanding social media issues and risks, with strong judgment to escalate concerns to management.
- Knowledge of financial services business and / or automotive industry a plus.
- Experience in Sprinklr preferred but not required.
