- Coordinate line activities within the production supervisor and work team.
- Provide leadership and promote positive morale and assure a total team concept.
- Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team.
- Develop and manage die PM schedules for long term and mini PM's.
- Support die change operation.
- Communicate line issues to supervisors on other shifts, plus communicate overtime schedules to the work team.
This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Clinton team and reports to the Tool & Die Supervisor .
Required experience :
- Journeyman in Tool &Die (Preferred) or related experience / education.
- Manufacturing experience in Stamping and Welding
- Automotive experience
- Die Repair : 2 years (Required)
- Die Maintenance : 1 year (Preferred)
