Job Summary
The Membership Ambassador will be responsible for contributing and delivering on Sanitas strategy for the Commercial population and community-based engagement.
The Membership Ambassadors will be responsible for effectively promoting Sanitas Model and brand in the community through in person events and phone calls, collaborating with the Commercial Call Center and the Business Development Manager of the correspondent area, with the purpose of contributing to Sanitas population growth.
Essential Job Functions

- Deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective members / patients to ensure that Sanitas strategy is maximized each year.
- Call current and prospective member lists to engage members in Sanitas services, documenting activity in CRM and call systems.
- Supports brokers and members in scheduling appointments, resolving service issues and providing information related to Sanitas.
- Places patient needs, requests, and follow-up as a top priority.
- Be outgoing, energetic, and creative while performing their job responsibilities.
- Assist in the planning of community events, actively participates in on and off-Sanitas Medical Center activities.
- Meet specific Leads creation and patient retention goals as outlined by the Business Development Manager and Leadership.
- Reports productivity as established by the Membership Ambassador Manager in CRM.
- Explains and talks effectively about Sanitas value proposition, Sanitas services and care model to originate leads.
- Provide event flyers, brochures, and nominal promotional items and marketing support to enhance Sanitas brand awareness
- Establish and maintain positive relationships within external and internal stakeholders.
- Teamwork oriented and goal driven.
- Work extended hours and weekends when needed at both indoor / outdoor locations
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Required Experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service skills and training
- 1+ years of experience in the medical field.

- Basic Computer Skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience.
