Job Description :
Responsible for developing a routine schedule for nursing services within the facility, maintaining set staffing levels for all three shifts, assist payroll processing information for nursing team members, and to complete nursing payroll edits in a timely manner.
Maintain outstanding customer services when interacting with others.
Job Requirements / Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CNA certification recognized by the state preferred.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word Perfect and GroupWise programs.
- Requires strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills required to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to maintain confidential material.
