Our facility in Spring Lake is a major logistics hub, specializing in warehousing, inventory management, and the safe handling of a wide range of products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently moving, locating, and stacking pallets, verifying product accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

You'll also perform quality checks, follow safety protocols, and contribute to keeping things running smoothly. We count on you to keep things organized and flowing being the "glue" that holds our warehouse operations together.

We offer this position (Forklift Operator) :

• Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour, across all shifts.
• Shifts Available :
• 1st Shift : 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday Thursday.
• 2nd Shift : 5 PM to 3 AM, Monday Thursday.
• Weekend 1st Shift : 5 AM to 5 : 30 PM, Friday Sunday.
• Weekend 2nd Shift : 5 PM to 5 : 30 AM, Friday Sunday.
• A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
• Weekly pay and holiday pay.
• Potential for permanent hire with excellent attendance, attitude, and performance.

Qualifications for this role include :

• At least 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time, lifting, pulling, pushing, and standing.
• Capable of operating in refrigerated and non-refrigerated environments.
• Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
• Can pass a drug screen including THC.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a drug test and comply with the company’s drug test policy.
