Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at HR Employer Solutions Group in Hollywood, Florida.

As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent healthcare and medical services to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and evaluations on patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
• Perform diagnostic procedures and order laboratory tests as needed
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management of specific conditions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Participate in meetings and trainings to improve clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements :

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electronic medical records systems
• Willingness to stay current with advancements in medical treatments and technologies
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
