WorkSource in Fort Smith is now hiring for a Plastic Manufacturing Company in the Fort Smith area. This position is Monday through Friday 1st.
shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Compensation
- $12.00 per hour
- Weekly paychecks
- Temp to Hire

Responsibilities
- Remove product from machine or conveyor to inspect for quality and defects
- Prepare product for packaging and stage product for shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist team as needed
- Follow all PPE’s and Safety Guidelines
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous industrial experience
- Must complete orientation before starting work
- Must be able to lift 30lbs on your own
- Capable of standing, turning, bending, twisting, and lifting to 50 pounds if needed
- Reliable transportation
- Good attendance
- Ability to work in hot environment
