Duties :
- Assist with various tasks as directed by supervisor
- Provide support to team members in completing their assigned duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
Experience :
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
This work requires travel but will provide per diem and lodging when deemed necessary. Will be meeting at shop in Massillon Ohio and taking a company truck with crew to work from there.
