Zanes Law Injury Lawyers is a successful non-corporate Personal Injury Law Firm founded in and serving Arizona since 2003.
We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our amazing team! Our attorney team consists of nine lawyers, three of which have over twenty-years of experience litigating high-value personal injury and wrongful death cases.
All who have obtained seven-figure case results for injured clients and are happy to guide and teach younger lawyers. Lawyers in the firm do not have a cap on their earnings ability because we have a fee-based bonus structure that applies to all our lawyers who handle a caseload.

This is not a forty-hour per week position. It takes about fifty hours per week to deliver for your clients within our firm because we require attorneys to communicate with clients monthly and we require attorneys to actually do legal work on their cases.
You will have a great team to support you, but you are the attorney responsible for the case. Our lawyers do not hold a special place within the firm.
They are simply part of the team. They are an important part of the team, but so is everyone else who is on the team.
This is an in-office position. We are currently located at 44th street and Thomas. Our office will be moving to 32nd street and Camelback in August 2024.
Benefits :Compensation : $125,000 - $400,000 and is comprised of a base salary, bonus and profit sharing plans. Attorneys have an uncapped incentive plan based on fee sharing.
