IT Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that all the projects within a portfolio / program are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and are successfully delivered within the set time, budget, and quality parameters.

The role is crucial in ensuring that the program portfolio is appropriately balanced concerning resources and priorities, and that all projects contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

The Program Manager will work closely with the ED&I Portfolio Management Director and other stakeholders to prioritize projects, coordinate team members, establish project deadlines, and create project proposals that effectively meet the business objectives.

The Program Manager role also involves creating, implementing, and maintaining project management standards and processes to ensure that all projects within the portfolio are delivered efficiently and effectively.
