Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for the lifesciences industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry and an understanding of the market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and positive demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
