- Provide top-notch IV infusion therapy at patients' homes.
- Monitor patients' responses and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Keep precise records of treatments in EMR, adhering to compliance.
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage infusion equipment, upholding the highest care standards.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
Qualifications :
Current RN license in Georgia.
Experience in administering IV infusions.
Valid CPR / BLS certification.
- Willingness to travel within the Johns Creek area.
- Proficient in EMR and other healthcare technologies.
