$39.49 - $59.18 an hour - Per Diem, Weekdays. Various hours a week.

Range includes per diem differential.

Boulder Community health is seeking a Mammographer who performs mammographic procedures at a level that does not require constant supervision.

Acts as a problem-solving leader and organizer by communicating well with staff, radiologists and patients.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT registered or registry eligible in Mammography must obtain registry within 3 months from date of hire.
• BLS required by end of conditional period.
• Continuing education to meet ARRT and MQSA requirements
• One year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality mammography procedures
• Coordinates clinical information and previous imaging exams and reports as indicated
• Monitors and cleans equipment and reports equipment problems to supervisor
• Completes all routine mammography paperwork with proper documentation
• Answers phones and makes appointments.
• Participates in quality improvement.
• Maintains required continuing education.
• Maintains well-stocked exam rooms
• Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission Standards.
