Job Title : Club Events Coordinator
Reports To : Director of Sales
Position Description : P rovide crucial support in the planning and execution of various events. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and hands-on coordination, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in event management.
Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this role. The position is full-time, with an hourly rate of $25.00.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Handle phone calls & online inquiries to support the events team in managing leads and client communications
- Assist in the pre-planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, and special events
- Support the preparation of event materials, menus, programs, and promotional items
- Maintain and update event databases, Banquet Event Orders and Daily reporting
- Communicate with vendors, attendees, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Gather and analyze feedback post-event to help evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
