We are looking for a production supervisor with experience in a factory setting working with small and medium-sized teams.
Someone who can lead a small team of factory workers to build products to the highest quality and also roll up their sleeves to work alongside.
Requirements :
- Supervisor / Management Experience over production / manufacturing teams.
- Manufacture of products to the highest quality standards (it could be from leading a production team at a chocolate factory to a production line at a metal fabricator).
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Speak, read, write).
Additional Skills / Experience :
- Sewing / garment production experience is a plus
- Laser, CNC
- Materials Ordering
- Inventory
