Are you ready to step into the exciting real estate world in downtown Chicago? LaSalle Network is currently seeking a Weekend Concierge to join our client’s team and uphold exceptional service standards at a prestigious residential building.
As our Weekend Concierge for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, your primary responsibility is to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for residents and guests during overnight hours.
We're looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
Weekend Concierge Responsibilities :
- Welcome residents and guests warmly and professionally
- Monitor building security through regular patrols and surveillance
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident inquiries, concerns and emergencies
- Assist with package deliveries, maintenance requests and other concierge services
- Coordinate with management and vendors to address maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries and other relevant information
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls and processing mail
- Ensure compliance with building policies, safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Weekend Concierge Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shifts on weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of building security procedures and emergency response protocols is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 25 pounds
