Director of Pharmaceutical Contracting

A proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies, Paragon Healthcare brings over 20 years in providing life-saving and life-giving infusible and injectable drug therapies through our specialty pharmacies, our infusion centers, and the home setting.

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Director of Pharmaceutical Contracting is responsible for managing pharmaceutical contracts.

How you will make an impact :

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

  • Manages and enhances profitable business relationships with the pharmaceutical industry on behalf of the company and Pharmacy Managements external clients.
  • Develops and enhances positive business relationships with the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develops and implements strategies to win new business and retain current clients by increasing rebates and supporting the sales process.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and minimum of 8 years contract negotiation and sales experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
