We’re Hiring an Experienced Business Developer for our Award-Winning Business Coaching Firm!

We need a rockstar business generator to help us take the business to the next level. Ideal candidate will have experience in business development with a B2B professional services firm, i.

e., consulting firm, marketing firm, CPA, etc.

  • You are a purpose driven seasoned B2B sales hunter and leader with a winning track record of success and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You prefer and are most confident when selling directly to top decision makers (owners, partners, and executives). You are enthusiastic, ambitious, engaging, intelligent and results oriented, an A-player with high integrity and impeccable ethics.
  • You believe in yourself, your ability to contribute and what you stand for. You grasp concepts quickly and communicate them to others effectively.
  • You set big goals, are driven and laser focused to achieve them every day.
  • You truly love sales, prospecting, meeting new people and are very responsive.
  • You know that nothing else happens until a sale is made. Living inside a cube is not your cup of tea. You are tenacious about follow-up, energized by people’s stories and forge meaningful relationships far deeper than just business.
  • You connect dots and see opportunities others miss. You thrive in a world of ideas and concepts, and you can inspire people.
  • You are assertive, creative, have high emotional intelligence and have exceptional relationship and communication skills that allow you to influence people.
  • You realize that some days you just need to get on the phone and make some calls.

This position offers :
