About the Position :
- Freestanding Rehabilitation Hospital : 80+ Beds
- 60 - 90 minute treatment sessions : see 4-6 patients per day
- Lead a PT team of 12
- Track and document therapy treatment, patient performance, progress, and response to care.
- Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve goals and objectives.
- Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care per regulations and professional standards.
- Attain expertise with all equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- 3 years clinical experience required
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
