We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Software Engineers to join their team in Naperville, IL. As a Software Engineer, you will be working in an Agile team, delivering from laptop to production every day to reinvent the ordering and design process and track their factory operations.

Your Role as a Software Engineer :
Innovation Driver : Contribute meaningfully to the design and implementation of new capabilities and features, enhancing and hardening integrations within their ecosystem to improve their suite of solutions.
Engineer Mission-critical Systems : Deliver high-quality, well-designed, working software that the company actively relies on to eager, vocal customers
Tech Advocate : Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and methodologies to refine and enhance existing systems and workflows.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in software development with a strong focus on delivering mission-critical solutions.
Technical Acumen : Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript / Typescript some experience with both preferred. Exposure to data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance / scale considerations.
Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Vue or React (Vue.js preferred).
Problem-Solver : Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and devise innovative solutions.
Agile Mindset : Agile delivery and agile approach, with a track record of delivering high-quality products in iterative cycles.
Effective Communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Learner : A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
