Job Summary :
The Sales Appointment Scheduler at Frank Kent Cadillac is responsible for scheduling and confirming sales appointments for our dealership in Arlington, Texas.
This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, providing the opportunity for a lucrative income in the auto industry.
As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base salary of $28,000 to $72,000 per year, paid semimonthly
- Commission on sales appointments scheduled and confirmed

Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound leads, online inquiries, and phone calls to schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and listening skills
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for potential customers
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of customers to the appropriate sales associate
- Utilize dealership software to manage schedules and appointments
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment scheduling and confirmation targets
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn dealership software systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
