- We are hiring immediately for full time and part time CULINARY AMBASSADOR positions.
- Location : Ascension Seton Hays - 6001 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, TX 78640. Note : online applications accepted only.
- Schedule : Full and part time schedules. Monday through Friday, 12 : 00 pm to 8 : 30 pm. Weekend availability is required.

- Requirement : Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Monitors customers and makes recommendations to their diets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manages food allergens.
- Modifies menus according to diet prescriptions.
- Provides basic diet information throughout a patient’s stay.
- Acts according to Joint Commissions / CMS standards and regulations for infection prevention control.
- Communicates with patients, their visitors and the hospital’s care team.
- Resolves patient dining concerns or complaints immediately.
- Reports a patient’s need for assistance to a supervisor or the care team, as appropriate.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Follows all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Ability to push and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
