Requirements
- JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
- Membershipin good standing with the provincialBar.
- 3years of experience in securities law preferably with a focus oncorporatefinance.
- Strongknowledge of securities regulations and compliancerequirements.
- Excellentanalytical and communicationskills.
