Loughran & Co is seeking a full-time senior graphic designer to support branding development work and social media retainer accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities : Create and develop graphic design solutions, from concept to completion, for a wide range of graphic applications including brand identity, websites, social, packaging and interactive environments Light animation and video editing, primarily for social media posts Develop, own and adhere to brand standards for our entertainment, CPG and B2B clients Act as brand advocate to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all graphic applications Coordinate with creative director and account managers to ensure design solutions meet client objectives Manage multiple projects at once while owning the delivery of design outputs Up-to-date on the latest creative marketing and design standards to ensure the agency continues to deliver visually appealing, cutting-edge work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : 5-7 years minimum design experience, 3 years experience working for brand or agency clients Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects Command of InVision in the development of website designs and UX Thrives in a fast-paced agency setting with the ability to multitask and remain extremely detail oriented.
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and organization skills Experience with and enthusiasm for creative development, ideation and brainstorming Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver visually appealing, on-brand designs Deep understanding and awareness of aligning consumer goals and business goals Loughran & Co is a 360º creative marketing agency dedicated to accelerating consumer action through strategic design and communications.
