Job Responsibilities :

• Estimation Leadership : Lead and oversee the plumbing estimation team and process for the Plumbing division.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to assigned estimating team members.
• Analyzes bid documents, in conjunction with Business Development, to qualify targeted opportunities.
• Bid Management : Manage the entire bid process, from reviewing bid documents and coordinating with subcontractors, to ensuring timely submission.
• Cost Analysis : Perform detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to accurately assess project costs and identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Construction Software Expertise : Utilize proficiency in construction software, such as Bluebeam, Quote soft, and other industry tools, to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency.
• Budget Alignment : Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that estimates align with project budgets.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination : Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing on plumbing materials and equipment.
• Client Interaction : Communicate with clients during the bid process to clarify project requirements, respond to inquiries, and provide essential information.
• Review Company jobs and compare on a timely basis to as-sold estimates to confirm the accuracy of the estimate.

Qualifications :

• Five or more years of relevant conceptual Plumbing with estimating with a concentration in Multifamily, Hotels, and Assisted Living estimating experience.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Software Proficiency : Advanced skills in construction software, including Bluebeam, Quote Soft, and other relevant tools.
• Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem Solving : Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
