We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.

Position / Job Description : General Tasking Description :
- Manage large, multi-year programs, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
- Communicate with SES / Flag level personnel to provide program updates and receive guidance.
- Manage Large Multi-Year Programs : Oversee large, multi-year programs, including the organization and direction of short and long-range plans.
- Program Definition and Organization : Lead the overall program definition and organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Technical Approach and Guidance : Formulate, guide, and direct the technical approach for sub-programs / tasks.
- Resource Negotiation : Define and negotiate with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources to support program execution.
- Technical Milestones and Schedules : Establish and control technical milestones and schedules to ensure timely program delivery.
- Budget and Cost Control : Manage program budgets and costs to ensure financial accountability and adherence to budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and address any issues.
- R i sk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience Requirements :
- 15 years of professional experience in program / project management.
- Experience with DoD / DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process).
Educational & Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III certification preferred.
