Position Summary :

The Inventory Analyst & Supply Chain Systems Administrator provides in-depth analysis on portfolio performance and makes recommendations on changes to portfolio to optimize inventory.

The position also provides administrative and training support for ToolsGroup S099.

Role Specifics :

Maintains supply chain system ToolsGroup SO99 integrity, lead upgrades, enhancement projects, and audits and interfaces with IT and P21 system.

Provides in-house training and expertise on use of ToolsGroup SO99.

Owns and drives improvements in inventory quality ensuring product placement supports optimum service per organizationally aligned priorities.

Leads the monthly portfolio performance review process with sales, finance and supply chain identifying items not performing at expected thresholds with recommendations for new categorization or other action items, which are tracked and completed.

Conducts additional service or inventory related analysis as needed to support customer reports, inventory integrity and mix support to meet service objectives.

Controls inventory reduction targets and excess / obsolete inventory disposition.

Provides consistency in review processes, methodologies, and timing to ensure alignment on timing and expected outcomes across functions with clearly defined work and process standards.

Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Systems, or Engineering.
• 3+ years relevant professional experience, Preferably tires / automotive.
• Toolsgroup SO99+ Supply Chain Software, preferred.
• APICS or comparable certification a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Proficiency with Supply Planning and Operational Planning tools such as Epicor P21, ToolsGroup SO99, and SQL and Excel analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) processes, capacity planning, and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel
• Able to convey key insights from quantitative data in a concise and easily understood manner

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
