Job Requirements

• Daily scheduling of employees
• Help maintain adequate staffing levels
• Complete paperwork as needed
• Inspect materials during production
• Plan workload in advance.
• Lead your assigned employees.
• Lead OSHA / IOSHA and IDEM compliance
• Plan and review upcoming jobs.
• Maintain Key Point Indicators (KPI'S).
• Maintain equipment.
• Accountability, instruction and training of employees
• Discipline employees
• Work with all leadership in the company
• Order supplies
• Ability to use office software (email, spreadsheets, databases)

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Regularly use hands and fingers to operate and inspect machinery and metal parts.
• Regularly lift and / or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and / or move objects weighing more than 100 lbs.

to position metal objects to begin and end treatment processes and / or prepare for shipping.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to position self to move metal objects for treatment or packaging.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Must be able to distinguish slight differences in various finishes.

• Communicate verbally with co-workers regarding safety, discrepancies, or a variety of other work issues.
• Ability to work in an environment that may be hot or cold, depending on the season, and may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and solvents.

• Monday through Friday, Saturday as needed

Experience :

• Leadership : 2 years (strongly preferred)
• Aluminum Finishing : 2 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing : 2 years (Preferred)

Language :

• English and Spanish (Preferred)
