Federal Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Sales Manager to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to secure business opportunities within the federal sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the federal sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal market.
Manage and grow relationships with federal clients and partners.
Understand and navigate federal procurement processes and contract vehicles.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reports to company leadership.
Meet or exceed sales quotas.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in federal sales, preferably in the IT or related industry.
Strong understanding of the federal procurement process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers.
Travel
This position may require more than % travel. Frequently travel within and outside of the main office location.
