Title : CT Technologist
Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting : Diagnostic Imaging
Location : Lawrence, KS
Schedule : Full-time, with on-call and weekend required once every 8 weeks
Shifts offered :
- Days : Sat & Sun 6 : 30A-6 : 30P and Tue 9A-9P (1 opening)
- Evenings : Mon-Fri 3P-11 : 30P (1 opening)
Pay : Competitive based on education and experience, plus a full benefits package and a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
The CT Tech will be responsible for the following duties :
- Utilize appropriate equipment and supplies to perform exams or aide in performance of diagnostic procedures that comply with the states scope of practice.
- Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary; assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
REQUIREMENTS :
- ARRT registered, CT registration within 1 year of hire
- State of Kansas LRT
- 1 year of CT experience preferred
