Adecco is hiring immediately for Entry Level Customer Service jobs at a local client in Cheyenne, WY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Your primary duties will revolve around assisting customers with renewing existing subscriptions and addressing inquiries via phone calls and other communication channels.

Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills with familiarization and ability to use Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
Basic phone skills
Basic data entry skills
High level of professionalism
Great attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain calm and provide excellent customer service

Pay Details : 16.00 to 18.00 per hour
