NNN Pro , the market leading commercial real estate net lease investment sales team in the country, is looking to hire an Associate Salesperson focused on Industrial to join its rapidly growing brokerage business.
As part of this role, the Associate Salesperson will have targeted coverage focused on representing industrial owners, operators, and investors , and will be partnering with two senior industrial agents on the team .
NNN Pro was formed more than 25 years ago, has sold / closed more than $35 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 120 team members located across the country.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated experience in commercial real estate sales.
Associates may receive a draw against future commissions, however, please note this role is a primarily commission-based role with unlimited earnings potential.
Responsibilities :
- Database and perform proactive outreach and cold-calling to prospective clients
- Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums
- Perform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reports
- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material
- Consolidate sales, market, and rent comparables
- Assist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documents
- Travel to sites / properties to provide brokers / clients with informed insights
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year in commercial real estate, with specific experience working with industrial assets (either in investment sales and / or acquisitions)
- Experience or demonstrated interest in sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must obtain Real Estate License within first 90 days (if does not have already)
