Qualifications :
- Qualifiedcandidate will be personable articulate and have at least 2 year ofprevious bartending experience in an upscale high end restaurant or4 diamond hotel and 1 year of previous servingexperience.
- Knowledge of Silverware is a plusor two years experience with a comparable restaurant softwaresystem.
- Candidate should haveexperience in opening and closing shifts table service wine serviceknowledge of food and wine pairing knowledge of highend liquors andaperitifs and experience with a high end barmenu.
- Qualified candidate willbe pleasant well spoken gracious and willing to go aboveand beyond to ensure guestsatisfaction.
