Position Overview :

Nationwide IT Services, NIS, a rapidly growing federal contractor, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead proposal pricing efforts in support of new business growth, contract recompetes, and sole source procurements.

The Pricing Analyst will be a trusted business partner that will report through our Contracts team and support company-wide price to win, pricing strategy development, and price proposal responses.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate pricing efforts of all sizes and complexities, of all types of contracts (FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF, CPAF, etc.)
• Collaborating with the proposal team (Directors, Business Unit Directors, program managers, contracts / subcontracts) to ensure that proposal pricing / costing and customer deliverables comply with all federal government regulations (FAR, DFARS, other agency-specific clauses), RFP requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
• Perform competitor analysis on similar services and products.
• Serve as the Pricing Analyst and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the proposal process.
• Develop Pricing Narratives based on government solicitations.
• Participate in strategy sessions and color team reviews.
• Facilitate / lead pricing reviews with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.
• Conducting market research to identify trends in the industry and competitors' pricing strategies.
• Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses from them are timely.
• Ad-hoc cost and performance analyses and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Government Contracts pricing analyst experience in the Federal space
• Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and agency-specific clauses
• Working knowledge of all contract types
• Advanced / Expert with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables)
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Be able to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Detailed oriented.
