Your role in our mission

• Directs the organization and performance of the Enterprise Applications team, which is responsible for corporate-wide systems including SAP, Salesforce, Twenty5, Ariba, SharePoint and others.
• Directs and manages the implementation of new enterprise applications for financial management, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Directs the integration of systems into a seamless end-to-end architecture that maximizes the use of business data and delivers timely and accurate management information to the business.
• Directs and manages enhancements and production support of existing and new applications.
• Manages the Enterprise Applications budget and provides timely updates to senior management on variances and opportunities.
• Drives continuous improvement to optimize costs while developing a high-performing team.
• Engages with key stakeholders to gain support and adoption of existing and new systems.
• Responsible for ensuring team compliance with established company policies and procedures.
• Directs business functions including, approval of overall project plan, budgets, and work breakdown structure.
• Oversees business activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.

What we're looking for

• Fifteen or more years of technical / function application development support or related experience. Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and directing system implementation, enhancement and support similar to the enterprise systems used by Gainwell.
• Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility.
• Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data which may include generally accepted accounting principles and federal government contracting.
• Experience working with financial applications software and software packages, company and / or industry products and services and technology and support requirements.
• Experience working with application development and maintenance best practices.

What you should expect in this role

This role is 100% remote with some annual travel possible.

The pay range for this position is $146,700.00 - $209,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
